# What bisica does

bisica is an AI search agency. First we count what AI is costing you. Then we fix the pages it reads and run the count again.

Your customers ask AI tools such as ChatGPT which company to choose. Each answer mentions a few companies and lists the websites it drew on. We count how often those answers mention you, recommend you, cite your site and get you wrong. Then we change the pages and outside sites the answers come from.

## The four steps

## Which AI tools we ask

## The work itself

- Your own pages. We correct wrong and missing facts and rework the pages AI already reads to answer your customers’ questions.
- New pages for questions where AI has nothing of yours to draw on.
- Outside sites. We ask the review sites, directories and publications AI cites to correct what they say about you.
- Access. When a setting stops AI crawlers reading your pages, we fix it with your web team’s sign-off.
- Classic SEO, because AI tools draw on search results.

GEO (generative engine optimization), AEO (answer engine optimization) and AI search optimization are three names for this same work.

## Who it is for

Companies in any industry whose customers ask AI before they buy and that have many products, locations or brands for AI to get right. We don’t take on single-location businesses.
