How we handle your data and reports
Your report and competitor list are never shared with anyone. We send AI tools only what a question needs. They never receive your name or email. Requests and reports are kept for up to 12 months, or for as long as you are a client.

How long we keep what

What AI tools receive
To prepare a snapshot we send AI tools and Google your company’s name, what it sells and the competitors you named. We do not send them your own name or email.

Each gets only what it needs. We don’t sell your information.
Health care clients
Your team posts your own patient photos and stories under your signed authorizations. bisica never receives patient records and doesn’t sign a business associate agreement.
Security
Requests and reports are kept in private storage with limited access. Information travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you.
Where it is processed
We and the providers above are based in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there.
