Which questions and AI tools a snapshot uses
A snapshot puts 50 of your customers’ questions to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Each question goes to each tool three times on its own with web search on, for 600 asks in all.

The questions
Software drafts the questions from what you sell and who buys it. A person at bisica reviews them before anything is asked. They are the questions a customer types into an AI tool before choosing a company. For example:
Which accounting firm should a 40-person construction company in Ohio use?
No question mentions your company. A question with your name in it steers the answer toward you.
In a Sprint you see the 50 questions at the start and edit or approve them. See How a Sprint runs.
The AI tools
| Tool | How we ask |
|---|---|
| ChatGPT | OpenAI’s developer service, with the model ChatGPT’s free plan uses and web search on. |
| Claude | Anthropic’s developer service, with the model Claude’s free plan uses and web search on. |
| Perplexity | Perplexity’s developer service. |
| Google AI Overviews | Collected from Google’s results pages through a data provider. |
Your report names the model each tool used on the day we asked.
One question at a time
Each question is asked by itself. The AI tool has no memory of the questions before it, the same as for a new buyer who opens the app and asks once.
Three times on each tool
AI answers change from one ask to the next. The same question can get an answer that mentions you now and one that leaves you out an hour later. We ask each of the 50 questions three times on each of the four tools and count every answer that comes back.
| Quick check | Free snapshot | |
|---|---|---|
| Questions | 10 | 50 |
| AI tools | ChatGPT | ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews |
| Times each question is asked | 1 | 3 on each tool |
| Answers collected | 10 | 600 |
| When you see it | In about a minute | By email within 48 hours |
Place
We give every tool your country. If you serve one area we add your city and state. The quick check always asks as a buyer in the United States.
Screenshots from the apps
Some reports also show screenshots of a few questions asked in the apps themselves. They are examples. The count comes from the 600 asks.
