Answers change from one ask to the next

An AI tool writes each answer fresh. Ask the same question twice and both the companies and their order can change. A snapshot asks every question three times on each tool and counts every answer that comes back.

Your app remembers you

We ask through each company’s developer service with no memory of earlier questions. The ChatGPT or Claude app on your phone remembers your chats and what you have told it about yourself. If you have asked it about your own company before, it is more likely to mention your company to you.

Place changes the answer

AI tools answer differently by country and city. We give each tool the country your customers are in, plus your city and state if you serve one area. Your app answers for wherever you happen to be.

The model can change

AI companies update their models. Your report says which model answered. A later answer may come from a newer one.

Check our count yourself

  1. Open a private or signed-out window, or turn off the app’s memory for the test.
  2. Ask one of the questions from your report word for word.
  3. Ask it a few more times and note who is mentioned each time.

The quick check shows every answer in full. The snapshot lists all 50 questions with who each tool mentioned for each one. If your answer differs on one ask, that alone doesn’t mean the count is off.
