How a Sprint runs
A Sprint is our six-week project at a fixed fee. You approve the questions. We trace every answer that leaves you out and fix the pages and outside sites behind it, then ask the same questions again at six weeks and at 90 days.
On this page
Week by week
| When | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Start | You approve the 50 questions and name up to 3 competitors. A count runs on the approved set before any work goes live. | The before number |
| Weeks 1 and 2 | We trace every answer that leaves you out to the page or site behind it. | A diagnostic |
| Weeks 3 to 5 | We fix and write pages and send correction requests to outside sites. You approve each change before it goes live. | The work, page by page |
| Week 6 | We ask the same 50 questions again on the same four tools. | The second count, beside the first |
| Day 90 | The same 50 questions a third time. | The third count |
If your review of the work runs longer than planned, the six-week and 90-day counts move back by the same number of days.
Included in a Sprint
- Fixes to the settings that stop AI tools reading your pages, made with your web or security team’s sign-off.
- Every wrong or missing fact fixed on your site.
- Up to 8 existing pages reworked. A fix to a page template reaches every page built on it.
- Up to 2 new pages for questions where AI has nothing of yours to draw on.
- Correction requests to up to 5 outside sites, such as review sites, directories and publications that AI cites.
- The same questions asked again after six weeks and at 90 days.
- Visits from AI tools counted in your own analytics.
A group of brands or a large site gets its own quote.
Why you approve the questions
The questions decide what gets counted. You know better than we do which ones your buyers ask. Approving the set at the start means the second and third counts measure what you care about. If you approve the snapshot’s questions as they are and name no new competitor, the snapshot’s count can stand as the before number.
Your side of the work
You name one person who can approve changes. You give us access to publish on your site, or a team member publishes the pages we prepare. To count the visits AI tools send you, we need read-only access to your analytics. What access we need has the details.
The price
After the first call we send a written quote with a fixed fee that doesn’t change once work starts. Your statement of work sets the payment terms. You own everything we create.
After the Sprint
Monitoring asks the same questions every week. The Retainer adds 6 to 10 pieces of work a month. See Retainer and Monitoring.
